Our Officiants
We have a number of officiants/ministers who are available to serve you. We are happy to match and refer you to the right minister to make sure you are well taken care of.
Rev. Amy Pereira, Associate Minister

Amy Pereira discovered love for creating personal wedding ceremonies during her own engagement, over 15 years ago, when she and her fiancé explored ways to creatively incorporate a number of faiths and traditions into their own ceremony. Amy believes that all life is sacred and has deep appreciation for working with those of diverse cultures and backgrounds with varied traditions and beliefs. She maintains her own inner peace and serenity through yoga, meditation, Reiki, retreating along her riverfront home and hiking trails of the Pacific NW with her husband and son, and is passionate about world travel, holistic nutrition, and environmental science. Amy considers it an honor to be with couples and families during significant life moments and brings to her work with Circle of Light Ministries a grounded sense of wisdom and lighthearted joy.

Rev. Guadalupe Espinor, Bi-Lingual Minister
We are proud to introduce to your our Spanish-speaking officiant. Ordained by the Circle of Light Ministries, she has a Christian background, though she will customize a ceremony however you like, religious or not. Our Founding Minister, Rev Leah Light
Wedded Your Way was started in 2002, by Rev. Leah Light, the Founding Minister and Director of Circle of Light Ministries, LLC, in the Tigard area of SW Portland. For more information on our services, a Healing, Meditation and Prayer circle, Please contact Leah directly.
Leah's spiritual background was conservative and Christian-based, yet at the same time, eclectic. Her parents practiced a more Jewish lifestyle that adhered closely to the Old Testament in terms of dietary laws and the Saturday Sabbath, yet their beliefs embraced charismatic/Pentecostal elements as well. They were independent, reasoning that no one church could hold all the truth. Thus, they never joined one particular church, but instead made the rounds, visiting various congregations of their choosing. As a result, Leah was exposed to many different faiths and viewpoints. This background has served her well in practicing tolerance, and bridging the gap among couples and families of differing beliefs, or for those who hold no particular belief. The choice of a nonreligious wedding, if desired, is honored and respected.
Leah completed a Spiritual Studies program with the Center for Healing Arts in Portland and received her first ordination through their church. She is currently enjoying semi-retirement, though still keeping her hand in Reiki healing, intuitive counseling, and performing wedding and other ceremonies, not to mention helping her husband run a bed and breakfast in the Newberg area.
